RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to The Fan Club Co. We strive to provide high-quality fan-inspired apparel and merchandise. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation.
Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation where required by law.
2. Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products and inventory management processes, The Fan Club Co. does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference changes
- Colour preference changes
- Ordering the wrong product
- Delayed delivery caused by third-party carriers
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift purchases
- Promotional purchases
Customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and images before placing an order.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was supplied.
- The item is significantly different from the product description.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of packaging (if damaged)
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted without supporting evidence may be declined.
4. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return review:
- Product must be unused.
- Product must be unwashed.
- Product must be free from stains, odours, or damage caused after delivery.
- Original tags and packaging must remain attached where applicable.
The Fan Club Co. reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law:
- Customised products
- Personalised jerseys
- Custom name or number apparel
- Gift cards
- Clearance products
- Products marked "Final Sale"
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care
6. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Measurements and size charts are provided as a guide only.
Minor manufacturing variations of up to 2–3 cm may occur and do not constitute a defect.
7. Colour Variations
Actual product colours may vary slightly due to:
- Screen settings
- Mobile device displays
- Monitor calibration
- Lighting conditions during photography
Minor colour variations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
8. Shipping Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party shipping providers.
The Fan Club Co. is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays
- Customs processing delays
- Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
- Missed deliveries
- Parcel collection failures
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
9. Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is approved:
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using tracked postage for all approved returns.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times:
- Assessment: 3–10 business days
- Refund issue: 1–5 business days
- Bank processing: up to 10 business days
The Fan Club Co. is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our business, we reserve the right to:
- Request additional information
- Request additional photographs
- Refuse suspicious claims
- Refuse claims where evidence suggests misuse or intentional damage
False or fraudulent claims may be rejected.
12. Fan-Inspired Merchandise Disclaimer
The Fan Club Co. sells fan-inspired apparel and merchandise.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any sporting organisation, athlete, musician, entertainment company, league, federation, brand, or rights holder.
All trademarks, names, and references remain the property of their respective owners.
